This page explains what the Ostanet Labs website collects, why it is used and the choices available to visitors.
Project enquiries and messages
The project form collects the details you choose to provide: name, company, email, optional WhatsApp number, project type and context, optional timeline, and optional referral source. The message form collects your name, email, optional phone number, optional subject and message. We use this information to respond, assess the enquiry and manage the potential engagement.
Submissions are not stored on this website. They are sent by email to our team, with an acknowledgement to the address you give, through our own email service. We do not sell enquiry information.
Spam prevention and technical data
The forms use a hidden honeypot and rate limiting. A source IP address is processed briefly for abuse prevention and is not included in the email. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only when the feature is enabled.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is currently disabled. The site sends no visitor analytics to a third party.
When an analytics provider requiring consent is active, it is not loaded until the visitor accepts. Declining does not limit access to the site.
Retention and access
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox only as long as needed for follow-up, business records, security and applicable obligations. To ask about information submitted through this site, email hello@ostanetlabs.com.

This policy may change when the website's providers or operating practices change. The current version is published on this page.
